Light Tech provides monthly lighting maintenance for commercial and industrial properties in the greater Puget Sound area. We offer a choice of several service levels:
Full Lighting Maintenance
- Monthly lighting inspection; replacement of lamps & ballasts as necessary
- Delivery of new lamps & ballasts as necessary for usage & stock levels, monthly after inspection, plus interium by request
- Evaluation of site stock levels of lamps & ballasts for ordering, monthly or at time of delivery
- Recommendation of repairs required for lighting-related maintenance; work performed upon approval/authorization, (sockets, cords, covers, fixture wiring, troubleshooting) monthly or at time of delivery.
Regular "Delivered Only"
- Delivery of new lamps & ballasts as necessary for stock levels, monthly, plus interium by request
- Evaluation of site stock levels of lamps & ballasts for ordering, monthly, or at time of delivery
- Lighting repair work done upon request & authorization, at time of delivery

- Delivery of new lamps & ballasts as requested (phone, fax or e-mail), routed delivery within 2-14 days
- Lighting repair work done upon request & authorization, at time of delivery
